Odwróciła się powoli do tyłu. Nikogo za nią nie było. Przyśpieszyła. Gdy podjechała pod swój dom i zatrzymała się, przez chwilę nie mogła wyjść z samochodu. Nogi miała jak z waty i cała dygotała. Popatrzyła w lusterko wsteczne. Nikogo z tyłu nie było. Zobaczyła swoją twarz w lusterku. Tylko oczy miała lekko rozmazane i przerażone spojrzenie. Jeszcze raz popatrzyła na tylne siedzenie. Żadnych śladów. Powoli wysiadła i sztywno poszła w kierunku domu. Zatrzymała się przed drzwiami, odwróciła się za siebie. Nikogo nie było. Wzruszyła ramionami.
- Przecież nikt mi nie uwierzy – powiedziała do siebie.
